I have to commend and compliment Dean and his impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond to help resolve my dual issues and was patient and kind the entire time. It was truly a pleasure working with him. I had an issue with the Shopify fees not coming over to QBO. I started a chat with Karol and she literally took care of it in less than two minutes!!
