Great Support by Dean. Very responsive and helpful. Provided a few issues i had with our sync and the issues were found and addressed.

I am new to this App. Had some issues with exporting orders but Rom helped me to fix them. Great experience.

I installed this app last week to help sync my sales from Shopify to Quickbooks. I was missing 2-3 transactions so I contacted client service for help. Rominik was amazing and not in a harry to hang up and go to the next costumer. He stayed online until we fixed the problem. He's explanations were perfect and clear. I was able to fix everything with his help. I highly recommand this app to sync Shopify with QBO. Thanks again Rominik for making this chat so enjoyable!

I needed help to move to the new Onesaas platform and re-link all my apps, I was assisted by Marck who was very helpful, he did it all for me, explained things as we went along, highlighted things to look out which will need addressing in the not to distant future and answered all my questions with ease. No doubt the other people at Onesaas will be just as helpful but ask for Marck.

Dean was absolutely fantastic providing a resolution to our issues. The app is OK and its free so actually its OK.

A bit confusing to navigate the set-up on your own, so definitely reach out to the chat support for help. Ronnie was a godsend in helping me make sure I got all the fields populated the way I needed to. Thanks Ronnie!!

AFter trying to sort things out myself, I got onto Sherwin who quickly identified my snyc issues and sorted them out for me - thank you! the app is really great and simple - such great support!
