I had long-term issues with sync issues because of items we had deleted or made inactive and then reactivated. Rhica in customer support actually reached out to me while I was reviewing some sync issues. They noted they had identified the problem and would be happy to resolve it, if it was okay with me. A few minutes later, it was all cleared up, and I look forward to clean syncs going forward.

I've been using this extension since 2020 – including with our previous Magento store – and it has worked reliably throughout. Recently, I ran into a synchronisation issue with an order clashing with an existing credit note. Ben on support was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the problem and resolving it by simply changing the credit note number. After that, the system synced perfectly.

Ben's customer service was spot on – fast, clear, and efficient.

One small feature request (unrelated to Ben's support): it would be really helpful if edits made to Shopify orders could automatically update in QuickBooks, as I currently have to adjust these manually.

Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. The tax features of this app are not as good as they could be. It seems like a lot of people need 3rd party software to sort this out. It seems like QuickBooks could fix this rather easily. BUT they do have live customer support. BEN explained to me how the tax worked. I spent hours searching online, and he answered all of my questions in 5 minutes. So THAT is a big plus.
