App is good. Lacks a couple features that could really make it robust, but for a smaller business or if you're just getting started it's more than enough and will provide you everything you need. Customer service has also been great every time we've needed/reached out to them.
We use this app to connect Shopify to QBO and the online support and chat are great! Sherwin was able to fix my errors and helped walk me through all the steps needed on my end. He also transferred over the sales we made earlier in the year that didn't come over with the original and ongoing transfers. I had several other interactions with Lori (and forget the third person's name) for other sync updates and they were very helpful.
Had some issues syncing initially its not quite simple for someone who doesn't know what they are doing. that being said after being on the chat with quickbooks people for hours, i finally got to Sherwin who helped me sync my Shopify to quickbooks without any issues! Very efficient and helpful!
I really appreciated the follow up and follow through and help I received from Hazel in clearing up the syncing errors that occurred between Shopify and Quickbooks Online. She was thorough and complete and responsive.

Does what it says on the tin so far. And the customer care has been really good so far. Had a super fast response from Karol who was able to resolve an issue I had within 10 minutes of submitting a question . (Edit) Having contact Karol again about some further issues, she was able to react and resolve everything really quickly and was able to provide some suggestions on how I could update some of the other apps I use to streamline everything which was even better! Would recommend for sure.
BEN with costumer support was such an amazing help with guiding me along the process of some of the ins and outs of the app. Thanks Ben! Same with the second timei needed help dean was great!
Was initially difficult to setup but with the support chat (which i didn't realize was available earlier) it was easybreezy. The CS rep Sherwin was so helpful and patient, guiding me through each step. And i got it configured correctly in the end. I would only say i wish they'd make the support chat more visible so users can get help right away!
The app itself can be challenging to master, but they have a great support. A big thanks to Ben for his help!

I had some issues with the new Sync between Shopify and QBO. Vincent was quick to help me resolve the issue. I have dealt with Vincent previously and I have always been happy with his support
