The support team has been great if I have had to contact them and would recommend anyone looking for a great tool for connecting all your services up in one place.
QB Connector offers great technical support - some of the best of any SAAS app I've used. I was just helped by Rafael and he is awesome!
Rominick was extremely helpful in helping me understand and clear our sync errors. Also showed me a few of the capabilities availablle to me in the dashboard. Excellent service!
Had some issues with invoices doubling-up, however thanks to Troy from online support these issues were quickly resolved, and I am able to continue online trading.

The Onesaas QBO product is the easiest way to connect and sync your data between Shopify and QBO. I encountered some issues with syncing data and the support team assisted me with it right away. I worked with Clarisse and am very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Clarisse completely understood the situation that our business encountered and quickly took steps to help us resolve it. She addressed all my questions in a thorough and friendly manner. This app has been a great help to our wholesale website, and I have now added it for our retail site, with which, today, I was was ably assisted by Rafael, who was very patient, answered all my questions and resolved my issues. I do have one suggestion: please consider adding phone to your help options, especially with some screen sharing capability. It would save lots of time for all of us. Especially for those of us not thoroughly familiar with all the terminology, and hands-on visual and visible approach would go a long way.
