I just used their customer support for the first time, and I'm impressed. Clarisse was a great help.
I just got setup with this app. I had a little trouble figuring out how to configure it and grab dates beyond the default setting, but David in customer service walked me through it and helped set me up. I'm excited to see how this integration will help me streamline my business!
So far is working like magic and the team is helping tirelessly. Every little issue was solved in matter of minutes. I am really happy with the service

This app has been a time lifesaver! The set up process is easy and, if you errors occur, the on-line chat team, specifically Dean, can easily and seamlessly help you fix the issues quickly.
Messed things up while synching my quick books account with Shopify, but Karol from support helped me out super fast (not even taken 10 mins) and got everything sorted and made it running.
She was very supportive, attention to detail, on top of everything, double checked with me all configurations just before she proceeded, and overall very impressive.

We love the Quickbook Connector (previously called OneSaas) app the best to connect Shopify sales with an accounting software. That was why we had no choice by to quit Xero and moved to Quickbook Online to keep working with OneSaas. The sync is 98% foolproof. Some that we had issues with were caused by us editing the transactions retrospectively. No double sync. Fees are properly recorded. Great help from Ronnie today in helping us sync older transactions.
Amazing customer service. I had to use live chat help and BEN was there immediately and solved my issue so quickly. I was so happy.
