QuickBooks Online Global

I am so happy to have found this App to automatically create invoices in my Quickbooks Accounting. It was easy to install. Had an issue and contacted the Chat support in the app which pretty quickly helped me adjust the configurations settings i needed. David was very knowledgeable and provided excellent support. I am happy this app has a chat support right on the app connector.

So far it's working very well and Paul from technical support has been a big help. I'm glad I'm not paying for the bold app anymore that was messing up my books.

I installed this app yesterday and worked with support and they were great. Today I had a unique issue and timeline that I needed it resolved in and I connected with support again. This time Karol assisted me. Karol hands down is the best support rep I've ever encountered. My request was resolved promptly and accurately and not my QuickBooks work is complete. A little ocmplicated to understand the details of the set up, but guidance notes help. However, I had a sync issue and tried the online help. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a customer support agent immeidately, her name was Clarisse and within 10 minutes my propblem was solved and she waited to check that the sync worked, when I encountered another problem she fixed it straight away. Amazing service which I jsut wasn't expecting! Very happy!

Been waiting for this app for a while. Now it is here and works a treat. Does what it says and with the help of Troy was able to quickly refine the configuration to iron out a few synch issues (not the app just the way I set up management of inventory). Really looking forward to saving lots of time.
