One of the most frustrating software experiences I have had in 9 years of business! There is no step-by-step installation instruction--you have to search fro everything or sit on the chat all day to try to understand it. NOT a seamless integration with Shopify and/or Quickbooks. A total waste of an entire afternoon is all using this app amounted to for me. The customer service guy was really nice, but the program is just not user-friendly if you aren't actually an accountant.

Very excited about how easy this app seems to use! Had to chat to troubleshoot connection issues, but Karen answered me immediately and got me fixed in about 2 minutes!
We haven't used the app yet however I have contacted support twice today and the response is quick and very helpful. Thank-you to Ronnie and Troy for the links with much needed information to get us started
I had questions about synching my data to QB and Lori provided great service answering my questions quickly.
I am in a trial period for this product but so far I love this product. The customer service by Ronnie and others have been great. He was able to help me map my payments quickly.
Looks great but doesn't support Shopify Edit Orders. So if you edit an order, a customer pays the updated invoice in Shopify, it will not sync over. That money will not be accounted for in quickbooks.

Our advice here is to configure your integration settings to only sync invoices to QuickBooks once they are final and paid.
