I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherwin to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. Sherwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the setup before he left.

I have an issue with tax rates that I haven't been able to sort out yet, hence the 4 stars, but the customer service is amazing. Today I got Paul and he worked with me relentlessly till all my questions were answered. Smart, efficient, and patient.

Had an issue with items syncing today and spoke with Haze. Told me what the errors were and corrected them for me. I was back up and running within minutes.
