Great support from this team! Ronnie has been fantastic since we first started with OneSaas a few years back on a different platform (Woo). They fixed my sync problem with Shopify while I was asleep. ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.

Nick was super helpful and solved my issue quickly. This app is a god sent as it allows me to connect both my Shopify sites to my QB file that syncs the correct inventory levels.

App supports lots of different configuration settings, from very basic, to more advanced accounting. The setup was straight-forward, however I did hit some upfront configuration/sync errors. QB Connector support proactively reached out to me to help resolve the issues and get the sync working. In only a matter of minutes, Sherwin was able to correct my errors and provide guidance around the connector's features as well as best practices. I strongly recommend hitting the little chat icon when setting up the connector for the first time if you are confused about any of the options.
