Rom has been super prompt and quick at identifying my issue and in providing a response. He made sure I was good to go before closing the chat. I like it when issues are resolved promptly.

We had an issue with syncing between shopify plus and qbo. I chatted with David who was really helpful and very patient with me. All sorted within a few minutes and all the syncing errors fixed and corrected for future transaction.

I had an issue syncing he products so I initiated the web chat. This guy Paul helped me throughout the process & resolved my issue in no time.
