NICK, was great. Went above and beyond and notified me of an issue with my products and how to fix. I was aware of but hadn't looked into fixing it yet, so his suggestion was very timely.
App works very well and they even have a online chat to support with any issues. Their support team is really fast and helpful. Last time Troy (Support Team) helped us solving all issues with excellence.

This is an excellent app. Every connection/integration app we have has issues. This Shopify <> Quickbooks connector app (1) has fewer issues than most and (2) has THE BEST CUSTOMERS SUPPORT I've experienced with any integration ever. The support team (Ben especially) is incredibly helpful. They solve everything extremely quickly and efficiently. I wish all software had support like this.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Troy from technical support, and I can't say enough good things about him. Troy is incredibly smart and has a remarkable ability to quickly identify and address problems. He is strictly focused on finding solutions, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
What truly sets Troy apart is his great sense of humor. Even in the midst of technical challenges, he manages to keep the atmosphere light and positive, making the experience much more enjoyable.

I was having an issue with a sync & the customer service agent, Rom, was extremely helpful getting solved quickly. I am very happy with Rom's support --they were incredibly helpful.
Still working on integration, but I think the QBO app will really help us streamline. Got some great guidance from Karol through the chat and was able to get some answers to questions fairly particular to our business--super polite, quick reply, and thorough. Looking forward to seeing what the app can really do.
