Just had Paul helping me with connecting OneSaas and then fixing a tonne of errors! he literally took all the stress away. I've been putting off contacting because I was worried it was going to be an impossible task explaining my issue and then trying to get the techy bits done...but Paul to the rescue - all done and sorted within the hour and nothing more to do. These guys are always on point anytime I need help or have an issue. They always go out of their way to fix issues immediately. The last call with Karol was awesome, cleared up everything within a few minutes.

I was skeptical, but loving it so far. Working well. Also captures my Etsy sales! I had set up myself a few weeks ago, but just getting back today to check if it was working. I had some mapping issues, etc. But Sherwin (chat agent) got everything working smoothly in just a few minutes. He completely understood not only his product but QuickBooks. It was super straightforward. Thanks for helping set me up, so glad I tried the chat support.

I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.
Were trying to streamline our workload between Shopify & QBO Im not totally sure of the outcome so I needed help through the online chat. Karol helped me with some pretty difficult challenges (taxes across Canada), inventory and she was great. Very much appreciated on our end. Great service.
