Updated 9/13/2023 - I have been trying to have a problem with syncing addressed for a little over a year. I have tried to get help, and no one has been able to get anywhere. Sherwin hit me up today when I was performing a manual sync and offered to fix the issue. OUTSTANDING customer service!
I am merging Shopify and QBO. Some of the directions weren't as easy to use as I thought. Once I talked to Sherwin, every was crystal clear. Nothing beats great customer service.
Had a sync issue with a handful of orders ("2500 - Invalid Reference Id : Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef"). Clarisse helped me out over chat, within minutes the issue was sorted. Very satisfied with the app.
Sherwin was very helpful sorting our sync issue. He sorted the issue in no time and all sales orders were in Quickbooks.

If you guys are looking for a company that will help you along the process with customer service that is top notch, you've found them here! Sherwin, one of there support agents, helped me tremendously for over an hour fix a number of problems I was struggling with for weeks.

I use this app to sync my Shopify transactions with Quickbooks Online. Whenever there is an issue with the syncing, I Chat, and issue is fixed immediately. Troy was a great help!
