Received excellent help today from SHERWIN. He was able to correct the issue I was having quickly and professionally. Went above and beyond to make sure all was synced properly. Excellent customer service !

Great app for syncing from Shopify to Quickbooks. Terrific + Fast customer service! Rafael + Sherwin helped get my settings straightened out when I was having initial problems.

Very impressed. At first, I was overwhelmed with the app/didn't know how to set it up and it wasn't working for me. I decided to send a quick message to customer service and they responded right away. Paul helped me get set up via chat and next thing I knew, all my orders and Shopify fees were synced. Saves so much time and works perfectly!!!! Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I have requested assistance a few times, and each time i get great service. Hazel & Rafael have both helped me on many occasions, much appreciated and recommended!

Customer service is great... everyone is always very helpful and quickly responds to requests. Today David fixed a problem for me, and continuously updated me and followed up to make sure it was all correct.

QBO support is phenomenal! I just had a Chat with Nick and he quickly fixed my issue and also brought to me attention a second issue I wasn't aware of. And he fixed it too.

SHERWIN and DAVID provided very prompt and accurate responses, and quickly resolved the issue remotely!

Love this app, saves me so much time, sends me an email to let me know if there are any issues with the sync, and if your not sure how to fix it there is always someone available on the online chat to help. Clarisse has helped me out a few times now and has always sorted the issues and explained how to avoid future issues.

Been chatting to David on the Customer Service desk today to help explain an issue with the rounding, he was very helpful and turns out I was worrying over nothing! But then whilst he was checking this he noticed a potential mapping error and fixed it for me before it became an issue.

Great service especially for a free app!
