Super App die ihren Job erledigt. Es gibt ab und zu Probleme die jedoch vom Anbieter sehr ernst genommen werden und dann auch rasch gelöst werden. Der Support ist super!

Wir hatten schon 2 mal kleine Probleme bei der Anzeige. Jedoch wurde unser Problem jedes mal sehr schnell und kompetent gelöst. Insgesamt sehr gute Erweiterung für jeden Shop!

まだテスト環境での利用の範囲ではありますが、レビューさせていただきます。
サポートのレスポンスはとても早く、また問い合わせに対しても弊社ストア用にすぐにカスタマイズを加えてくださるといった柔軟性の高いアプリ（開発チーム）です。
一部機能に関する話になってしまいますが、もちろん完璧ではない部分もあります。
Add-onで追加できる数量を1つまでと制限はできるもののカート上で数を増やせてしまうため、カート側でのカスタマイズを自社側で行う必要が出てくるケースなど。
ただ、そういった面を含めても、上記で上げたレスポンス、柔軟性があるので利用に関してはとてもおすすめできるAppと思います。

L'application a encore quelques limites pour lesquelles il faut passer par le support pour trouver une solution mais le support se rend disponible et est sympathique ce qui est très appréciable.

We just started using the app so can't really say how effective it is for the upsell just yet, but the support team is fast to get back to our questions and requests and we are really pleased.
The support team customized the widget's initial English wording into Japanese to suit our customers really quick.
