Qikify Upsell & Cross‑sell

While I've had some issues in the initial implementation because of my custom theme, the support from Qikify has been amazing.
The functionality of this app is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone running BOGO, GWP or any kind of order goal offer.
Huge callout to the Support team, you have all been amazing.

This app does exactly what I want and combines multiple features at a low subscription cost. In my case, there was a small bug regarding the rewards bar but the qikify team responded almost immediately and helped me fix the issue. I appreciate the service and dedication and really think they deserve this rating. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try!

It is really helpful and well-functioning app. The support team responds quickly and in a timely manner to resolve technical issues. Flynn is patient and helpful. She always answers questions with details. I highly recommend using this app

Nice in theory, but didn't end up working well. We noticed a ton of orders triggered the bundle discount to the customer, but at check out the customer didn't actually receive the discount as advertised. We ended up having to do manual refunds. When contacting the tech support, they were unhelpful and claimed the app worked perfectly.

It seems easy to use, but unfortunately support was very slow to respond for someone in EST timezone since they work 2am-10am. I wanted to upsell a product that was available via the buy button in shopify, but Qikify was not compatible with that. I also wanted to be able to customize the text in the buttons, but there was limited customization available.

Application très simple à mettre en place, sans code, parfait pour les néophytes. Service client extrêmement réactif qui a su m'aider aux premiers paramétrages avec des solutions personnalisées. Je recommande !

The app works flawlessly, and it doesn't slow down our site. Also, we submitted a request to Qikify, and they quickly implemented a customization of our theme to change how offers appear in our shopping cart. Very happy so far!

Everything about the upsell capability is great for setup and it pops great for the user upon add-to-cart, but it's supposed to apply a discount you've setup in the cross-sell and unfortunately it doesn't work. It adds the item from the pop-up to the cart but without the discount you configured in their backend. I've been reaching out to their online support but they have very odd times for supporting US-based business and I've yet to get a resolution. Fingers crossed!

Does exactly what we need for our business. Very good to confugur to match the colors to our store. Unfortunately, after the first installation there was a problem with another pre-order app that we use paralell. The support of qikify took care of it very quickly and provided a possible solution via code for the other app - that's perfect, that's how service should be! The problem could not be solved, because it was a problem with the BayButtons and PayPal. We will now use the app productively and test it further, but it looks very good so far. Thanks again for the exemplary service!
