The functionality for a free app is 5 star. 4 star rating because it's missing some functionality and while the support team is excellent they work 9pm-2am EST and not weekends so if you do have a bug or issue turnaround can be slow. if you're operating in those hours, fixes are very fast. Note: the slide cart needs to be customized if you have 3rd party integrations. (Qikify did an excellent job working with those 3rd parties.) And BOGO breaks every time you change the product title so keep that in mind when updating your store. It took a while to figure out why it was breaking - and not something I kept testing after launching.

Its features are really great! but it was quite difficult for me to use at first. but after getting the hang of it, it was great! dont know how much it will help me yet, but am really hoping it can ease the process of customers checking out! Prices are very competitive too!

Insgesamt bin ich sehr positiv angetan von der App!

Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil sie tatsächlich bei mir manchmal buggt und man "nachhelfen" muss, indem man den Service kontaktiert..

Doch das stört mich recht wenig, weil der Service bombastisch gut ist! Ich habe noch nie so einen schnellen, kompetenten und lösungsorientierten Support erhalten!

Da kann man über das eine oder andere kleine Hindernis hinweg sehen, wenn das Engagement zur Besserung SO groß ist!

Super fijne app om te gebruiken. Je hebt heel veel opties om in te stellen en veel verschillende campagnes. Je kan ze allemaal goed aanpassen zodat het goed past bij je thema. Ook de ondersteuning is perfect. Ze reageren snel en accuraat en doen er echt alles aan om jou als klant tevreden te stellen! Zeker een aanrader! Helaas geen 5 sterren omdat het ons tot nu toe geen extra sales heeft opgeleverd.

GOOD:
- customer support is responsive
- app is a jack of all trades for basic promos
- priced competitively

FRUSTRATIONS:
- Promos with large holes in functionality. Ex: The gift with purchase function does not add gift to cart if customer skips cart and goes straight to checkout.

I had a serious issue. I disabled the APP and the Rewards Bar, but the APP was still showing on my cart & checkout. Seriously interfering with the buying process and causing lost sales. Even though I disabled the app it was still showing on my theme. It took 24hrs but it was fixed in the end. Happy with the app.

Got this app for a specific use-case, which is to offer an upsell when a user adds an item to their cart. This app handles that situation perfectly. There were several other apps I evaluated but they wouldn't allow users to pick variants or quantity as part of the offer. I've been using the product bundles feature. It has paid for itself (for a long time) within days of installing it.

I would love it if this app would allow us to create separate product listings so we could replace apps like FastBundle but currently we need them both as they serve different functions.

Great app for what we need and assistance is quick and replies to all question you have. 4 star, now, since we just have the offer online, so want to see what it does.

I have just started using this app. It seems to do pretty much what I want. The only thing I would suggest is to be able to add the Upsell items on the cart view. It is easy to setup and to style it to match your them.

The only issue I have run into is the filtering for the cross cell. There is none. You have to add every product you want or a full collection. In some cases this may be fine. I have over 1000 products that come in a few sizes. I want to cross sell a part for all product that are a specific size. Meaning I have to manually add the products. This could be easily solved by a tag filter. All products with a specific tag will get this cross sell product. I would also think this would help with the upsell, and service sale as well.
