I am writing this review after months of frustration, repeated escalations, and significant operational impact on my brand and business due to Qikink’s poor service quality and almost non-existent customer support.
This is not an emotional rant — everything mentioned below is factually accurate, and I have documented proof (emails, order logs, invoices, timelines) for every claim.
1. Worst Customer Support I’ve Ever Experienced (Borderline Non-Existent)
Qikink’s customer support is, without exaggeration, the worst I have encountered in any B2B setup.
There is no phone support, no active WhatsApp support, and no real-time communication channel.
The only way to reach them is via email, and even that feels like sending messages into a void.
Most replies appear automated or AI-generated, offering generic apologies instead of real resolutions.
Even when you escalate, responses are limited to a very narrow time window — typically between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and only on good days.
If you need urgent help (which is common in e-commerce), you are simply stuck waiting, sometimes until the next day.
In critical business situations, this lack of access leaves you completely helpless.
2. Rush Order Service: Paid Add-on, Zero Accountability
One of the most damaging issues has been their Rush Order service, which they charge extra for.
I paid additional fees specifically for priority processing.
Despite this, multiple rush orders were delayed repeatedly.
I escalated the same issue three separate times, and it still continued.
Even after written acknowledgment from their escalation team admitting fault, the issue recurred again.
At this point, it feels less like an operational issue and more like a systemic failure to honor paid services.
3. Refunds Are a Battle, Not a Process
Refunds — even when clearly justified — are another major pain point.
Refunds often require multiple reminders.
Even when services are not delivered, refunds are delayed with vague responses like “please allow us some time.”
In some cases, orders that were never fulfilled still took excessive follow-ups to get refunded.
For a business that deals in volume and cash flow, this is unacceptable.
4. Repeated Operational Errors Directly Impacted My Brand
Because of Qikink’s delays and mismanagement:
Customer delivery timelines were missed.
I had to personally handle customer dissatisfaction.
My brand credibility took a hit — for reasons completely outside my control.
A significant amount of my time was spent following up, escalating, documenting, and arguing for basic accountability.
Instead of focusing on growth, marketing, or customer experience, I was forced to spend hours each week fixing their mistakes.
5. Escalations Lead Nowhere
Even after escalating issues to senior staff:
Promised actions were not followed through.
Timelines shared were not honored.
Eventually, responses slowed down or stopped altogether.
At one point, I even received irrelevant template responses asking for ticket numbers — in the middle of an ongoing escalation thread initiated through their own website.
This raises a serious question: do they actually want to resolve issues, or just wait for customers to give up?
6. Who Might Still Be Able to Work With Them (With Caution)
To be fair and balanced:
You might be able to work with Qikink if you place very small volumes (5–6 orders a month).
Or if you qualify as a so-called “priority customer”, which reportedly requires spending ₹1,00,000+ per month for three consecutive months, just to get a dedicated point of contact.
I have not personally been in this category, so I cannot confirm if even those customers are spared — but at least they may have someone to talk to, which itself is a luxury here.
Final Verdict
Qikink positions itself as a solution for businesses — but in my experience, they became a constant source of stress, delays, financial blockage, and operational chaos.
If you are a business owner who values:
Timely support
Accountability
Clear communication
Respect for paid services
…then think very carefully before partnering with them.
As of now, the only reason I am writing this publicly is because all other channels failed. This review is both:
An attempt to finally get rightful resolution and refunds owed to me.
A warning to other businesses so they can make an informed decision.
Every statement above is 100% genuine and verifiable.
Proceed with extreme caution.
Support is non existent.
Highly Unprofessional and Unreliable Supplier
Working with this POD supplier has been an extremely disappointing experience. Every single time we placed a sample order, the product arrived damaged, stained with ink marks, or with poor-quality prints. Despite repeatedly flagging these issues, there was zero improvement. It’s unacceptable for a supplier that charges premium rates for branding services like hangtags to deliver such substandard quality.
The hangtags we received were not only poorly designed and cheaply made—they were also improperly cut and unusable for any serious brand. Multiple complaints were raised, yet they continued to send out faulty products and damaged hangtags—not just to us, but to our actual customers. That’s not just bad service—it’s brand sabotage.
Their negligence has led to a direct impact on our brand's reputation, and at this point, it’s clear there is no intention to take quality control seriously. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable from a supplier claiming to serve premium brands.
