This amazing app allows our customers to effortlessly submit their files for custom design orders. It offers a user-friendly interface, and the support team is exceptionally responsive whenever we have inquiries.
I'd like to offer two suggestions for enhancing this app further:
1. It would be highly beneficial if we could apply two different sets of discounts to the same product.
2. Having a feature that allows us to download the original file format from the gang sheet without compromising its resolution would be incredibly valuable.
3. Incorporating a feature that displays the exact dimensions of the design files upon upload or enables users to input these dimensions themselves would significantly enhance the overall user experience and drive increased sales.

We have checked all your interactions with our support team, and we replied to every message the same day — often within just a few minutes. In our last reply, we even asked you to clarify your question by sending us a screenshot, but we never received a response from you.
We always do our best to assist every customer, as we have been doing for the past 11 years. Therefore, we feel your review is somewhat unfair. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate that you installed and tried Qstomizer, and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
Very happy with the app. Once you got everything setup, its very easy to work with. Lot of optional settings. Customer Support is fast and very helpful!
I'm amazed at how simple it is to set up this product.
I'm already envisioning the exciting possibilities of the 3D new version!

This app is amazing, it works perfectly when you sell customized products, also the customer support is amazing, they are really attentive and they have a lot of knowledge to solve every problem you may have. I completely recommend it

These guys thought of EVERYTHING when programming this Qstomizer product customization app. It delivers EXACTLY what they promised with ZERO issues. I’ve searched everywhere for an app like this one. I’ve wasted months installing & uninstalling apps with great disappointment. Most stop short of understanding what a POD business really requires. I truly wish I could give 100 star review - even that wouldn’t be enough.
