Thank you for your review. However, we are a bit confused by your comment. We have checked all your interactions with our support team, and we replied to every message the same day — often within just a few minutes. In our last reply, we even asked you to clarify your question by sending us a screenshot, but we never received a response from you.
We always do our best to assist every customer, as we have been doing for the past 11 years. Therefore, we feel your review is somewhat unfair. Nevertheless, we sincerely appreciate that you installed and tried Qstomizer, and we wish you the best of luck in the future.
