5 Stars all the way. Seriously. We've been looking for a solid custom app like Qstomizer for a long time -- we've tried them all, and you won't find a better one on Shopify. Ramon (the developer) is amazing, he goes above and beyond to help. I've asked him a million questions, and he always gets back to me quickly. Overall, totally amazing customer support and totally awesome app! Thank you Ramon!!!

Solid customization app! Support was very helpful in configuring the app to not create new products in our store, which is exactly what we needed! Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to offer customization options to their customers.

I'm sure there are 50 guys all called Ramon, because the support has been fantastic. Ramon has helped customise our implementation to work the way we want it work and he always responds so quickly and with straightforward instructions if I need to do anything at my end. Excellent app. I love offering the ability for the customers to create their own designs. It puts the customer in charge of creating the design the way they want it and frees our staff up for production. It reduces the back and forth between the customer trying to interpret what they want. We love the new feature which saves the design the customers create to their account as long as they are signed in. We are looking forward to future enhancements.
