I cannot say enough about Ramon and his fantastic assistance. I knew what I wanted and at times had problems explaining but he understood my nuances and now the program is working like a dream. As a new business owner it was so important to test everything over and over so that my store is working 24 hours a day. This app gives me the confidence that it can happen and if there's a problem I can be honest to my customers and tell them we'll fix it. Great job Ramon and your team. This app is just what I needed. This app is really well thought out for anyone wanting to offer print on demand or adding the design option to their website. Ramon is amazinggg! Best customer service by Ramon, he promptly answered all my unlimited questions and was very willing to work out everything for me on the backend. Definitely recommend working with him!

This app is a solution to an ongoing issue as a custom online t-shirt store... How can my customers have more control in the designing process?! I've been looking for something just like this app! After much trail and error... I believe I have found my solution for 2 reasons: 1) Ramon is awesome with the customer support and setup of the app! 2) It will allow my customers to customize and order what they want without delay. Yes, I have and would recommend this app for anyone with a customizing apparel and/or accessory online site!

A really great app if you need your customers to be able to customize products and see the result live. The app has many functions, it is fairly easy to use and the developers offer great support.

It's been over 7 days and there is absolutely no response to the email for support. I ended up paying for the month, but I had to uninstall the app. It's such a waste of money.
