We’ve been using OC Quantity Breaks & Limit to manage bulk discounts and restrict certain products to one per customer—and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The app is incredibly flexible and does exactly what we need. I noticed a small issue recently, and Ryan from support had it fixed in under five minutes. That kind of speed and service is rare and really appreciated. If you're looking for a reliable, customisable solution with top-tier support, this app is a winner!
Good when it works, but randomly stops working at times. Unreliable, which is very bad for business.

Constantly not working, having to contact support all the time, they just give you the run around or blame it on shopify. Support doesn't respond until the following business day. We would be happy to spend more on a plugin that actually works.
Hi there, we have checked carefully and explained to you details that some customers didn't receive discount in fact due to the discount rule was really set up like that. To make sure all wholesale customer receive the proper discount, you can review the discount rules and let us know if you need any support to set up. We're always open if you need any assistance!
