OC Quantity Breaks Order Limit

I've tested many Volume and order limit discounts and this is the best I've come across. The support is extremely helpful and very quick to respond.

The app does what is suppose to do , works well and easy to set up.

This app was easy to install and use. I had one minor issue at first and support (Jordan, specifically) responded quickly with straightforward instructions. Very good app with some excellent features. The company also provides Fantastic support, which I appreciate.

We set minimum order quantities for certain products. Several times customers have been able to cash out when not meeting the minimum requirement. We then have to go and explain to the customer and cancel their order. It's super frustrating and when I reach out to the app for assistance, I have never gotten any help to fix the problem. Their response time is so slow. Unfortunately we will be finding another app that can do this.
