Got my issue resolved within 24 hours of emailing them while I was offline.
Using this app for while now, but noticed that this app has dropped my store speed a lot. Which is causing a slow loading time. Also it polls after every second to cart.json, I don't understand why. Contacted support a week ago never got a response back.
