How to unsubscribe for the service before my trial ends? i dont have to use this app for now. Please help!!

I love this app so far. It's SO SO easy to install! Works perfectly. And the fact that they have a free plan makes it even better. Thank you!!
This app cost me sales. My checkout page became glitchy and customers were not able to proceed. For four days this was the case until I deleted the app.

Writing some more words as I have to reach the required number to submit it but really helpfull app!
I deleted the app and yet the quantity breaks are still on my page and I can't delete them.
