I occasionally have issue with this app but they are limited compared to the use i get from it. On the occasions I do require support the team are always excellent. Speedy and sort the problem without much difficulty at all. Ben was excellent today. Thanks

Great app, and an even better team behind the app. As we wanted to use a combination of variation-specific tiers and different break points, our requirements were very specific - and options very limited. Luckily, I found Omega at the time as it did exactly what we wanted, and most apps out there couldn't do anything close to what Omega / Pareto could. We've been using the app for more than a year now, and even though occasionally something has broken suddenly (due to Shopify updating something on their end), the team's been very quick to sort things out for us. I've also been interviewed by Joy to gain insights on how they could improve the app and what functionality they should add - and they've also delivered on those, making my life easier. :)

The discounts are customizable and they are driving revenue. Also they have Great customer service. I had an issue that was a glitch in the app and they responded and fixed the issue quickly. The true test of a developers commitment to quality is when issues arise. and in this case they responded with excellence

This app was able to provide bulk discounts in my store exactly how I needed according to my inventory needs. The discounts are automatically added in the cart and they also work in the Shopify POS. Any issues I have run into setting up rules or offers, the help chat in the app has been very helpful. The staff on the chat in the app, especially Tracy, is knowledgeable and fixed the issues and got everything working as it should be. Would definitely ecommend!

Not one to leave reviews normally, but the team behind this app have impressed me so many times, I need to share. I paid for some customisation for my use case, and they exceeded on deliverables and timeline. Super responsive to suggestions and questions (even the silly ones) and for more complex stuff they bring in their tech advisors and a client facing team to ensure all people are on the same page. Nothing is a problem, and even after my custom project was signed off as completed, I found something I needed to have adjusted and they happily did this at no charge. Yes, the functionality of the app needs to do what you want, but if you are considering these guys and another, I assure you, the help and support make choosing them well worth it.

So far the app is working well and gives us a fair amount of flexibility to achieve our various discount offers to customers. It also gives a fair about of customization on the setup of your offer on your site. The support offered is efficient and impressive, having our reported issue resolved in less than 30 minutes.
