Quick and easy way of creating an announcement bar. There are also video tutorials incase you get confused during the process.
I would recommend this app because it's super easy to work with. It's self explanatory and simple. Plus you'll be able to create your announcement bar within minutes!

Good app with nice functionality (even for the free version)! The only thing is that the bar does not display on mobile phone when held vertically. But I guess there's some reason for that.
