Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

Really easy to set up and customise. Works like a dream! Would recommend to anyone who doesn't have this feature built into their theme editor.

Announcement customisation could be so easy, never ever imagined in my dreams! Although few more features available in upgrade should be made free with limitations to variations
