QAB is a great little add-on with a good amount of functionality for the free version. We did have a couple issues getting the bar working with our theme, but their support responded on a weekend within just a couple of hours and we have it working.

I can easily see paying for the paid version and that functionality as we grow.

Great app! It's good as to capture visitors' attention.

Stable, simple, I'd say it's a pretty great announcement bar. Bonus points for them not trying to shove upsells down my throat :)
