Just installed and so far, so good. VERY easy to follow the instructional video. Editing and making changes was simple and straightforward. I'm a newbie and felt totally confident with this app and its features.

The app didn't work when I tried to make a change, and support has been completely unresponsive, choosing to not reply to my support tickets to fix the issue. Really disappointing.

Could use more bold/formatting capabilities without code since right now we have to add "" code to make it bold.

Clear instructions and how to use, and very quick to configure. I liked it, has all the basic options needed to create a good announcement bar.
