It seems as though the emails I have sent your support@ email address have not gone through or have been disregarded.

I do my best to respond to all customers within 1 hour after they send in a question, because we are a small business I believe it is critical that we have exceptional customer service. I have sent 4 emails to you from 3 different email providers over the course of the last 5 days with no response from you.

Your question was that you "could not get it to work", I can see that there are a couple attempts to bulk upload locations, so I assume this is what you are referring to. However your uploads were not following the simple instructions we provide to use the template. Bulk uploading is super simple, just download our .csv template, add your locations underneath the header row and then re-upload it!

I am sorry you felt so disappointed with your experience, this is never what we want, and even though there is a free trial we still initiated a full 100% refunded to your account. We wish you all the best!
