I got this app to fix my inventory syncing between my onsite store and shopify account. When i logged in to do this, Joseph proactively informed me that i had an issue with the syncing (the reason i logged in to begin with), and offered to assist. Absolutely terrific app, and by far the best one we've had the pleasure of using that syncs Square with Shopify. We were able to selectively sync the products we needed by category, and doing so saved us a ton of time in keeping things neatly synced. The software is quick and easy to start up and run. i faced some bit of set backs with regards to syncing Shopify and Sqaureup however, the support team is alway willing to help and are very responsive. Big shout out to O for his support now our system are sync and up and ready to go.

I've only had this app installed for about a week, and so far it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The initial setup went smoothly, with everything syncing quickly and efficiently. Joseph was super helpful with all the questions I had during setup, but ultimately I couldn't get the app to work. The app couldn't sync our products that had multiple variations (even though they had different SKU's), and it ended up deleting our inventory from our second location on Shopify.
