Kumar has been great in helping me fix the issues for our company. We had some issues setting up our account, because we have a unique way of matching our inventory to our sales -- and he went above and beyond to change my mind about the app and its usefulness! Really recommend -- thanks for going above and beyond for our company.

So far this has been a great experience. Make sure to read the setup docs and have all of the proper accounts in QuickBooks before you start importing receipts. If you are a nonprofit and also sell taxable products in your shop this is a very scalable way to categorize revenue at the line-item level in QB. Tech support is friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. They even developed a feature to handle Brexit taxes for us last night! Overall a strong recommend if you are looking to work with Shopify data in QuickBooks!

few month back we transfer from desktop to QB online.. using this app via Shopify online some issue initially n now they update exactly as per our manual requirement n things are more peaceful and normal... like regular work.. This app create auto invoice amazingly with 100% accuracy...

App Oscar from me to Kumar, Raising the bar above all the other Quickbooks Apps here that are 3x or 4x the costs. I emailed them all and asked a simple question, Can I import only customers orders that we give credit to? All the others eventually responded "no", by the time they responded we were already up and running with this app and its awesome support!
