12 WEEKS WE HAVE BEEN PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL. OVER 60 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THESE SO CALLED MIGRATION PROFESSIONALS. HORRIBLE IS ALL I AND WE HAVE TO SAY. PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS ROUTE UNLESS YOU REALLY LIKE MENTALL PUNISHMENT. HAS MESSED UP OUR QB AND WE HAVE BEEN CALLED BY SCAMMERS POSING AS QB TROUBLESHOOTERS RIPPED OFF $1,500. ALL SAD AND I CANNOT BELIEVE QB SAYS TO GO WITH THIS AFTER US SPENDING $4,500 A YEAR AND A HALF AGO FOR THE INTUIT QB POS. SHAME ON YOU. ALL SAD.
If you're still on the fence about if this will be a seamless transition for you ... the Shopify QB connector app only works sometimes- we just fudge our accounting to make the numbers match for transactions that never come through, it uses Greenland time for all of its time stamps (meaning your transactions won't be spit up by day unless you're based in Greenland), Stocky only sometimes transfers information over with your purchase orders so you can match it up with bills to pay... I'm probably forgetting some things. The tech support is sometimes helpful (if you're willing to wait a week or two) or downright incompetent (the first call I made, the rep claimed that Shopify didn't even HAVE a connector app).

Programmer never tested it with a large QB file. The integration fails at EVERY step without fail. The only success if the apps continued failing. First it wouldnt accept the import from QB POS. After over a week of support calls, they get it past the importation process and then it has to sync and it broke again. 7 days of support later and still not resolution.
they did once ask me for logs but didnt say where this log is or even the NAME OF THE LOG.
I have had nothing but trouble. Very disappointed as I was a Quickbook POS user. This is the company they referred us to and this is the app to connect it all and it hasn't worked right yet. Been waiting on an answer from the developers for over 2 months now.
App stopped running after about 10 days and there is no support for the tool. My system has been down for 4.5 days and there is no solution.
The people on the phone are VERY nice but the app simply does not work properly. It doesn't want to connect and if you fiddle with it long enough it will connect and then it won't let you close QuickBooks. I have made many phone calls and gotten nowhere. I'm sure if someone who knew what they were doing would just take charge it could be fixed and probably would be a great app. As it stands it's worse than useless. Using it only messes everything up. I hope they fix it by the time Intuit discontinues POS in October. Overwise we are screwed.

You cannot sync whenever you want, so you could be waiting for hours before you see the sync
