I love that this takes my data from my site and dumps it directly into my QuickBooks online account! One less step for me!
So far the app is working great. All data is getting imported properly. This app really saves us time and works as advertised.

I'm QuickBooks pro advisor and I believe I know that program really well. As all in the accounting community and I was pretty skeptical of QB online and especially how it handles returns and exchanges, AR, and all the payments from many scattered platforms. I did have a bad experience before with e-commerce and QuickBooks Enterprise but it was a desktop version at the time. Therefore, going into this I didn't have great expectations. So far, my e-commerce business doesn't have big volume but QB works great. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify. It updates all transactions overnight. It handles inventory changes really well. I'm pretty happy about it. I believe that the new QB is meant for e-commerce and it is the correct direction of evolution of that program.
The app is easy to use and makes everything simple, especially when trying to consolidate from many different sources. When I encountered an issue, Bold went beyond by actively resolving the problem instead of walking me through something I was having a hard time figuring out. This app is a must have for anyone using Shopify and Quickbooks.

Challenges can happen and it is the customer service and their solutions that make the difference! In this case, we had a few challenges with integration and my Bold Representative, Paul, was able to quickly assess and fix the issue with me. FYI - you just need to open a customer service ticket and there is a super quick response or you can request a meeting online. Thanks, Bold!!!!
