Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations. Many features of QuickChip are still being explored. Special thanks to Lee, a colleague from QuickChip's system integration team, for his timely assistance and response to various challenges we encountered during the initial stages of system implementation, which facilitated our swift adoption of the system.
