QuickCEP integrates multiple different chat channels into one page. When chatting with customers from different channels, there is no need to constantly switch pages. And customers who visit the independent website can communicate with us directly. QuickCEP's bot will guide customers to leave their email addresses and some basic information, and I can do email marketing based on this information. The most important point is that QuickCEP can automatically label customers to divide groups, realize customer behavior analysis, and gain insight into customers to help me accurately carry out business activities.
