Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations. Many features of QuickChip are still being explored. It can integrate messages from various channels, including email, SMS, social media platforms (such as TT, Facebook, etc.). It aggregates and manages messages from different sources in real time. AI customer service replies are also very powerful. After installation and testing, it can save customer service costs.
