Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations. Many features of QuickChip are still being explored. Special thanks to Lee, a colleague from QuickChip's system integration team, for his timely assistance and response to various challenges we encountered during the initial stages of system implementation, which facilitated our swift adoption of the system. We look forward to witnessing continuous improvement from QuickChip.

We originally used Zendesk, but later chose QuickCEP. They are very professional, and the overall backend process is very clear. They also have powerful AI functions. The account manager is very responsible and will help us with settings and guidance. Highly recommended!!!
