QuickCEP: Live Chat&AI Chatbot

QuickCEP is a product I have been looking for all the time. It integrates many channels and functions, such as social media, online, email, telephone, email, whatsapp, etc. On the one hand, we do data analysis and user operations in a unified manner. Looking forward to updating more functions in the future of QuickCEP

This app features a simple design, smooth operation, and comprehensive functionality. Both beginners and advanced users can easily get started. Its intelligent recommendation system is accurate, providing an excellent personalized experience. The interface is user-friendly and highly responsive, making it irresistible. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your email services team on the Shopify platform. The professionalism, user-friendly interface, and robust features have significantly enhanced our email marketing efforts, leading to improved customer engagement and increased sales. The QuickCEP AI Chatbot, powered by ChatGPT, has revolutionized our customer interactions with intelligent product recommendations and seamless support, greatly improving our conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The exceptional customer support and real-time synchronization with our product catalog make your services indispensable to our business.

The app functions as advertised and the chat bubble integrates well with different locales. However, the performance impact is significant. After implementing the app, our CWV and Lighthouse scores dropped from the 90s to the 60s, which is a major concern for our site's performance and UX. While the app works, the performance hit makes it impractical for us to continue using it. Improvements in this area would make it much more viable.

EDIT 1: Despite assurances from Clio that "If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Our technical team would be happy to communicate with you directly," my request to connect with the tech team was never fulfilled. Unfortunately this promise seems to have been a bluff, as my emails are now going unanswered.

For anyone reading this review: you don't have to take my word for the performance drop. Simply open Chrome in incognito mode (to avoid interference from other extensions), go to Dev Tools, and run a Lighthouse mobile test. Then install the QuickCEP app and repeat the steps. See the performance drop.

If you don't care about Google's important ranking factors like page speed, or users potentially closing the browser due to long loading times, then feel free to install this app. I will update my review if I receive help or a solution from the tech team, who are currently unresponsive.
