I've been using CartRover for the past two years to help sync my inventory between all my sales platforms, which to say the least, was a terrible experience. I was happy to find this app because it now keeps track of inventory between my Shopify and Etsy sales channels in real-time, effortlessly.
My customer service rep was named Mohamed. He was excellent. He even set up a zoom to help aid me through the system.
Great job in helping me sync orders and getting started. Customer service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Joseph who got everything rolling and asked all the right questions.
So far so good, Joseph was very helpful and attentive in getting setup.
Hopefully, they will implement some more features for selective syncing.
So easy and Joseph was a tremendous help in fixing the small issues we had! Love this app, super simple for a beginner like me!
Only used the app for a day, but Omar helped me set up the syncing process and it's such a breeze. Super fast responses in real-time, and clearly not just "copy and pasted" answers which is a nice change. I'll wait and see how the app performs and update/write another review later. But so far, 5 stars
I was initially very frustrated because I couldnt get my products to sync between Shopify and Etsy. I followed the instructions and attempted to sync like 15 times. I had really given up and then I used the customer help messaging option. I was fortunate to get Mohamed Hussein and he was able to problem solve and get all of my products synced, pretty quickly. Definitely took away a huge amount of stress and frustration off my shoulders. Thank you Mohamed!
