Joseph was of immense support to me. I was so frustrated because items were not syncing in correctly. He reached out to ask if i needed any help, and he was very helpful in deed. the next day things started to work just fine. He was very professional,. Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly.

*However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours.

Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed.

Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.
