I am enjoying the convenience, price and above all... the service. I have had several questions and have never had to wait more than a few seconds to have someone answer and stay with me until it is resolved.

The customer service is absolutely on point! Very quick. Omar helped answer all of my questions!

I installed this app about 30 minutes ago, and with the excellent help of Joseph, the entire synchronization process just finished. The app has minimal settings, focusing only on the essentials, which means fewer chances for errors. A clear recommendation!

If you want fast, easy integration, this is IT! My customer agent Joseph was so kind, patient and knowledgeable! Having my store populated so easy and fast was a dream! Plus I received so much help that went above and beyond. Very pleased with this app and to have someone on my side!

Excellent help and service! I contacted because I thought my synching was in error. The agent was very friendly and helpful and basically told me here is the issue for next time but we will take care of it for you. He then proceeded to just fix was essentially my mistake, sync my site, and sent me an email saying it was ready. No hassle, fast, responsive, took care of me. What else could I ask for?

I would like to let everyone know that my agent, Joseph, was spectacular. As soon as I started the chatbox for help, he was right there every step of the way and made sure that my set-up was a success. The process went very smoothly thanks to his help. But I also would like to know that Joseph is an exceptional human being. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. These are invaluable traits that one does not always come by, especially when dealing with customer service. But Joseph has these gifts and more. Whoever hired Joseph deserves a promotion because Joseph is the best asset that any company would be fortunate to have on their team. In fact, Joseph too, deserves a promotion. If the world had more Josephs around, we would all surely be in a better place.

As for QuickSync, you can already guess that I would highly recommend this product. I am not a tech guru. I tried to integrate everything myself. When it comes to tech-y things, I can usually figure some things out. Since I couldn't figure out my integration issues, I was lucky enough to find this product, which saved me hours of frustration. I am grateful to QuickSync and especially Joseph.

Amazing app but the assistants are spot on I have a guy called Joseph helping me get set up across all quick sync apps he is amazing at what he does and he became a really good friend to me I hope he goes far in this company should have a managers position as he is overqualified for what he is doing
