Etsy Integration ‑ QuickSync

i would really like to say this was the best customer experience ever! joseph morris was excellent and very helpful! not only did he stay online over an hour to help me, but he was very helpful! 10/10 experience! I wish every customer service rep was like this ! thank you so much!

Arienne was absolutely amazing and super helpful! As I was figuring out the app as I had just downloaded it, she was ready to help me sync my products from Shopify to Etsy with no stress or worry on my end! It was beyond appreciated and the service is phenomenal.

Omar was very helpful, he went above and beyond for me, and helped me through every step of the way. Even carried out lots of changes on my shop which would have taken a lot of time. I will definitely recommend this service, especially Omar.

Just installed this today and ran into an issue during setup. Using their chat option for help was very quick. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nasser, who helped me resolve my issues quickly, and took time to answer some questions I had. Great experience so far!

The app is awesome. Not only does it do everything advertised but their customer service is on a different level of awesome. I had a lady named "Arianne" help me for a good 2-3 hours. I had set up stuff wrong on my store and she fixed all of my mistakes. Things that didn't necessarily have to deal with the app and she still took the time to go above and beyond. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

So we are hopeless with tech but wanted another store besides shopify so went with Etsy. then we needed an app to sync all our 1.8k products so we chose QS, I always am very sceptical of reviews but that's all i had to go on and WOW This app is SOOO GOOD...The customer service from Omar is just the best ...I Mean THE BEST... Thanks team QS for the help. seamless sync and explained every move with me Omar even went in the store and did Bulk edits for us 10 out of 10 5 star...Thanks Team OMAR!

Joseph was great and got me set up fast and even walked me through the sync process and started it for me.

The help and contact Joseph was 5 Star!!! The help center walked me through with ease patience and kindness.

Seems like a very easy App to use, Omar was very helpful in trying to get me set up on the App but unfortunately this app whilst great for other sellers - wasn't the one for me. There is an issue in Shopify doesn't allow for variations to not have a SKU or track inventory (which you can do on Etsy - so you can make variations for things like adding designs to a product without having to track inventory for it).

The only way it will work is if you have matching SKU's and every variation of a product on Etsy and Shopify is something that is inventory tracked - if you have this then it is a great app to use! (and customer service help is brilliant, very quick to offer support!)
