I ONLY GIVE 4 STAR BEACOUSE THE APP WAS NOT THE THING I WAS WAITING FOR AND ALSO THE ESTY IS DIFICULT. BUT mR jOSEPH WAS ASOME VERY NYCE ONE AND TRY DO HELP ME AS HE CAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The support is very friendly but unfortunately there are bugs that completely ruin the experience of being a hassle free integration.

To the development team, here are the issues I've encountered that haven't been fixed & required manual remediation:

1. When an order contains a line item for "Shipping Charges" the fulfillment status of the order is never synced to Etsy.

2. Inventory syncing is reliable most of the time but I had a bug where two variants of a product weren't synced resulting in orders that couldn't be fulfilled.

If these are fixed I would be willing to revise the review & try the app again but at this time I need a more hands-off integration.

Normie Steizel D. Modoc help me transfer my designed items from ETSY to Shopify. I set it up back-wards and she patiently watched, waited and then proceeded to do the transfer for me, setting it up the right way. 2 Days of frustrated transfer attempts are now gone using this app. It was exactly what I was looking for.
