I think the app itself can benefit customers by providing more information e.g. it is not clear how the charges and process between shopify and Etsy are managed.
Arianne, and Normie were extremely helpful in Customer Support. Solved the problems I had, and informed me on how to fix them.
I was having an issue syncing my products and Thea was very helpful, professional, and friendly. So far, I am happy with the customer service I have received.
Joseph was extremely helpful! opening my own shop has been a challenge with problems coming up one after another but when I hit a snag with this app Joseph was eager to help! He was amazing!

if you have variants in your listings, forget about it. Completely messed up my shopify and etsy store. Now have to resort to editing all listings one by one. Complete waste of time. Order syncing did not work either and was messaged to handle them one by one manually... whats the point?
