Etsy Integration by QuickSync

Joseph was super helpful with getting my Shopify to Etsy store connection fixed and products synced. The app is super easy to use and customer service is top notch.

Great experience so far. Initial set up and product sync was very smooth. And the live chat agent was super helpful in answering my questions, making adjustments, checking status, and helping me customize my settings. So far, I much prefer it to my CED Integration app I had been using the last few years (which I had to manually push each time I added new products, and that was very time consuming and slow)—whereas QuickSync is doing all that automatically, set it and forget it! whew! Wish I had made the switch to QS sooner.

Joseph was of immense support to me. I was so frustrated because items were not syncing in correctly. He reached out to ask if i needed any help, and he was very helpful in deed. the next day things started to work just fine. He was very professional,. I honestly recommend this app for your shopify integrations.

Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly.

*However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours.

Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed.

Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.
