Etsy Integration by QuickSync

The application was okay to navigate however there were some missing features with the integration to the website I needed it for. Despite that the agents made the cancellation process seamless.

Everyone is very helpful, but I am limited with the app as I have attempted three times two get Printful listing integrated. With in houses listings its great, but Printful, not so much.

No doubt the app is great after integrating with Etsy straight away we saw the increase in our sale. There were few hick ups along the away but were quickly resolved by the customer care team. still testing. .. A quick suggestion allow the order and product sync into the lite plan as well you guys can limit the number products that can be sync. This will allow user to use the full features of the platform and test their needs. only that reason giving 4 stars. else 5 stars all the way.

Very easy integration of products from my Etsy shop into Shopify, and Omar in customer service was lovely and helpful. My only issue was with a few product listings which for some reason kept inactivating on Etsy. I haven’t figured out what’s causing this so I manually solved.

I did encounter some issues with the app, and it took a while plus 3 customer service reps to solve the issue for me hence deducting one star. There are still some technical limitations, so expect some manual work. But being able to live chat and quickly get support is nice.

Customer service was great in helping me

The customer service is the best part of the app. However, the app itself seems to take a really long time to sync even just one product. The 4 stars are for the agent's willingness to help and responsiveness. Omar was very kind and patient. I really was hoping this would be a solution for us but we have so many products that it wouldn't be feasible to use this on a daily basis due to the sync speed.

I tried two... This one and cedCommerce. Honestly, both have some flaws with how they do the exporting from Shopify to Etsy. But I decided I didn't need all the bells and whistles from cedCommerce for now and I also was NOT a fan of their pricing structure. So I settled for this app mainly due to price point and we'll see if it meets my needs overall going forward. I'd give it 5 stars, but I can't due to the export issues I encountered... Such as PNG files with no backgrounds will not export well to Etsy and end up with a black background. On cedCommerce these images import better and remain fully visible (no black background). This app requires a quantity even for 100% digital products, cedCommerce does not or adds "999" by default. This app also requires a SKU (per Etsy), while cedCommerce adds their own. I also couldn't select "Social Media Templates" category from either app. So I had to go in and manually change the category on each product. And the app also didn't have any way for my exported products to be set up as digital without doing it manually. Just know that there's no perfect app for these things that may or may not affect your store. That's my two cents for what it's worth.
